What methods of payment are accepted?
Cheque, money order, VISA and MasterCard.
Direct debit available at Saskatchewan Rough Riders home games and at hospital gift shop sales. No cash or post-dated cheques accepted.
Is there an age restriction on purchasing tickets?
Yes. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
If I am not a resident of Saskatchewan can I still purchase a ticket?
Yes, however the ticket must be sold and purchased within the province of Saskatchewan.
How long does it take to receive a printed ticket confirmation in the mail?
Please allow 2-3 weeks.
How long does it take to receive an e-ticket confirmation by e-mail?
Approximately 15 minutes from time of purchase. If you choose e-ticket you will not receive a printed ticket by mail. If you do not have it by email within 48 hours, you can email inquiries@touchdownforkids.ca. Please check your junk folder.
Is the ticket tax deductible/will I get a tax receipt?
No, there is no tax receipt issued as Revenue Canada deems that the purchase of a Raffle (Lottery) ticket is not a donation. All lottery winnings are tax free.
How many names can be put on a ticket?
Up to two names on a ticket. Should there be more than two purchasers, the Purchasers must keep a record of who is involved in the purchase. In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name the licensee shall award the prize to only one of the individuals on the ticket. The licensee and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise between different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
Can a ticket be refunded?
Yes. However, if a ticket purchased has been entered in a draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.
Who is prohibited from purchasing tickets?
Contest rules prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets:
    - Board members and executive management staff of Saskatchewan RoughRiders, Jim Pattison Children’s hospital Foundation
    - Employees of Stride Management Corp
    - Immediate family members of those listed above; and
    - Anyone under the age of 18.
Can I order online from outside of Saskatchewan?
No, IP confirm requires all online orders to be made from within the province of Saskatchewan. If you are experiencing difficulties ordering online, please call 1-844-574-5437 to place your order.

If the tickets sell out early, when will the draws be held?
Should all tickets be sold out by 11 p.m. November 25, 2019, sales of the HALF-TIME 50/50 lottery tickets will be halted, and all prizes will be drawn on Dec 5, 2019 with SLGA approval.
Where will the draws take place?
All draws (Early Bird & Finals) will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation 1 – 345 Third Avenue S Saskatoon, SK S7K 1M6.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for the Touchdown for Kids Millionaire lottery to purchase a ticket for the HALF TIME 50/50 lottery/COUNTDOWN CALENDAR?
Yes, HALF TIME 50/50 and or Countdown Calendar tickets must be ordered in conjunction with your TOUCHDOWN FOR KIDS MILLIONAIRE LOTTERY ticket. HALF TIME 50/50/COUNTDOWN CALENDAR ticket orders will not be accepted after your original Touchdown for kids Millionaire ticket purchase.

WINNERS

How and when will the winners’ list be available?
A list of the top winners will be published in major newspapers in Regina and Saskatoon, and a full list will appear on the Touchdown for Kids Millionaire website touchdownforkidsmillionairelottery.com approximately 10 days after the final draw.
How will winners be notified?
All winners will be notified in writing by Stride Management Corp. and in some cases a telephone call by TDFK Lottery representatives about what they have won and how to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be notified after a period of one year from the draw date, the prize or equivalent cash value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority.
Are ticket purchasers eligible for all prizes?
Ticket purchasers are eligible for all 2,100 prizes provided they purchased before the applicable cut-off dates.
How are the draws conducted?
The lottery draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generation) system. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold lottery ticket numbers.
Do prizes have to be accepted “as is”?
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutes, unless otherwise stated. All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize, with the exception of vehicles. All vehicle winners must claim the vehicle no later than 45 days after the final draw. Any costs associated with the delivery of a prize due to distance or unique circumstances will be covered by TFKML. Restrictions apply for the following prizes:

a) Travel – all travel prizes are valid for one year from draw date. Extensions will be granted upon request, and blackout dates may apply. In the event that winners of travel prizes do not wish to travel to the destination they won, they will have an option to take a travel voucher for equal value as advertised.
